At Ashraf Electronics Trading LLC, we ensure that your orders are delivered securely and efficiently. We’ve partnered with Naqel, a reliable third-party logistics provider, to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition.
In some cases, we reserve the right to use our own in house delivery personnel depending on your location in the UAE.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Within the UAE
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Bahrain

Delivery Timeframes
- UAE Deliveries: Typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- International Deliveries (Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain): Delivery times may vary, but orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can delay delivery beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Within the UAE: Standard shipping rates apply, depending on weight and location.
- International (Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain): Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Prices and VAT
All shipping costs listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout, where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the progress of your delivery using Naqel’s tracking system.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
Naqel will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us. You can then either:
- Arrange to pick up the package from our office, or
- Request a new delivery (additional charges may apply).
Damages and Defective Products
Upon receipt of your parcel, please check that the item and boxing is undamaged and notify us immediately if you notice any irregularities with the item.
Important Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.
